Cultural Heart: Every camp begins with a Pōwhiri (traditional welcome) and centers on Tikanga Māori (values and protocols).
The Haka: Participants learn the history, words, and actions of a custom Haka, culminating in a final performance for the Whānau(family).
Elite Coaching: Direct access to professional coaches with experience in Super Rugby and top-tier European leagues.
Mentorship & Leadership
Our coaching philosophy moves away from traditional whistle-blowing. Instead, our staff act as "Uncles" - mentors who build a relationship centered on respect and authentic connection. This Whānau (family) environment allows us to drive high-level discipline through culture rather than shouting, teaching kids that leadership is about how you carry yourself on and off the pitch.
Character First: We use cultural protocols, like the hope (hands on hips) stance, to teach readiness and respect.
Safe Environment: Every "Uncle" is dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive space where boys and girls of all skill levels can thrive.
